Support from Woman Prisoners to Şırnak

DIYARBAKIR - "Bin Kardeşli Aile" (Family with thousands of siblings) campaign launched for solidarity with families in Şırnak has supported by women prisoners in prisons.
 
Thousands of houses were destroyed after the "curfews" declared between March 16 and November 14, 2016 in Şırnak city center, and despite cold weather lasted for months, hundreds of families resisted in their tents to not to leave their lands. After the lifting of the Curfew, the "Family with thousands of siblings" campaign, which was initiated to be in solidarity with the families returned to the city, was also supported by the prisons.
 
Diyarbakır E-Type Women's Prison supported the extended campaign. The prisoners in Elbistan E type and Amasya E type prisons also supported the campaign.
