Sêmalka resistance continues

NEWS CENTER - The vigil action launched at the Sêmalka Border Gate to take the bodies of HPG members who lost their lives continues on its 66th day.
 
The vigil action, which was launched for HPG members whose bodies were not given, at the Sêmalka Border Gate, where located between the Kurdistan Federated Region and North and East Syria, has entered its 66th day. Members of the Dêrik City Council took over the action today from the Girkê Legê group. Speaking on behalf of the group, Girkê Legê District Council Member Evîn İbrahim wished success to the activists who came from Dêrik. Evîn emphasized that the action will continue with determination until the bodies are taken.
 
After the speech, the slogan ‘’Bijî Serok Apo’’ was chanted. Later, the group handed over the action to the Dêrik group.
 
KDP officials maintain their silence about the action, which has been going on for 66 days and has received support from all corners of the world.
