DİYARBAKIR - At least 59 people, including our reporter Beritan Canözer, were detained in the raids on their homes.

 

Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, many houses were raided by the special operation polices in the morning. It was stated that at least 59 people, including our reporter Beritan Canözer, were detained in the raids on allegations of ‘’propaganda for a terrorist organization’’ and ‘’action and activity on behalf of a terrorist organization’’ and that the number of detentions will increase.

 

It was learned that the detainees were taken to the Diyarbakır Provincial Security Directorate.
