Hunger strike continues on its 204th day

NEWS CENTER - The hunger strike launched against the aggravated isolation on PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan and the increasing violations of rights in prisons has entered its 204th day.
 
The indefinite-alternating hunger strike launched by Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK) prisoners on November 27, 2020, demanding the end of the aggravated isolation on PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan and an end to the increasing violations of rights in prisons, continues on day 204 with the 41st group.

The indefinite-alternating hunger strike that they started in Lavrio Camp in Greece to demand an end to the isolation against Abdullah Öcalan and to support the ongoing hunger strikes in prisons continues on its 166th day. The hunger strike in the camp is led by the Revolutionary Youth Movement (TCŞ-Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger), the European Kurdish Women's Movement (Tevgera Jinên Kurdistan a Ewropa) and Kurdish Cultural Center (Navenda Çanda Kurdistan).
