Hunger strike resistance continues on its 172nd day

NEWS CENTER - The hunger strike launched against the aggravated isolation in İmralı and the increasing violations of rights in prisons is on its 172nd day.
 
The hunger strike launched by Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK) prisoners on November 27, 2020, demanding the lifting of the aggravated isolation imposed on PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan and end to the increasing violations of rights in prisons continues. The 35th group took over the hunger strike, which continued indefinite-alternately. The action continues on the 172nd day.
