Hunger strike enters its 154th day

NEWS CENTER - The hunger strike launched by prisoners to end the aggravated isolation imposed upon PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan and the increasing violations of rights in prisons is on the 154th day with the 32nd group.
 
With the 32nd group, the hunger strike launched by the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK) prisoners on November 27, 2020, demanding an end to the isolation imposed on PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan and the increasing violations of rights in prisons. The action is on its 154th day.
 
The action in Makhmur is on the 133rd day
 
A hunger strike led by women against the İmralı isolation was launched in the Maxmur Martyr Rüstem Cudi Camp in the Federated Kurdistan Region on December 18. The action, which is carried out in the Maxmur Martyr Families Association, has entered its 133rd day. The new group will take over the action today.
 
The action in Greece is on its 116th day
 
The indefinite-alternating hunger strike launched by those staying in the Lavrio Camp of Greece to end the isolation against Abdullah Öcalan and support the hunger strikes in prisons continues on its 116th day. The hunger strike in the camp is led by the Revolutionary Youth Movement (Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger), the Kurdish Women's Movement in Europe (Tevgera Jinên Kurdistan a Ewropa) and Kurdish Cultural Center (Navenda Çanda Kurdistan).
