45th day in justice watch

URFA - Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar, who has been on the justice watch for 45 days, stated that their request to remove the "confidentiality" decision was rejected in their post on social media.
 
A justice watch that launched by the Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack of bodyguards and relatives of the AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, before the 2018 general elections, continues in front of the Urfa Courthouse on the 45th day.
 
Emine and Ferit sat in the courthouse early in the morning and started the watch. The family, who posted on their social media accounts, reacted to the rejection of the second objection made to lift the "confidentiality" decision taken in the investigation about the second attack against them in Suruç State Hospital.
 
"We will resist until justice is achieved"
 
The video, in which Emine Şenyaşar reacted to the decision, said, “Three years ago, three of our people were massacred in Suruç State Hospital. We requested that the confidentiality order be lifted from the file. By applying the law of the superior, the delegation rejected our request. Next is the constitutional court. We will resist until justice is achieved. We will not leave from here.”
