Uca asked the following questions for the Minister Gül to answer:

* How many people are being investigated about the incident in Gercüş?

* Why are journalists investigating the incident prevented from reporting? What is the reason and legal basis for the restriction of access to the news site?

* Is this incident being covered up by blocking access to news agency? If so, who are being protected for what?

* Is a coordinated work planned with the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policies to ensure that the trial is psychologically smooth for the child victim in order to protect the best interests of the child?

* How many abuse cases are there with law enforcement officers directly involved? Can you state how many incidents there are in which provinces?

* How many abuse cases involving law enforcement officers have occurred in Batman in the last year? Has any action been taken regarding those responsible? How many people have been arrested in relation to these cases?
