House raids in Mardin: 14 people detained

MARDİN - 14 people, including TJA Term Spokesperson Ayşe Gökkan, have been detained in raids in the districts within the scope of an investigation conducted in Mardin.
 
While Free Women's Movement (TJA) Term Spokesperson Ayşe Gökkan has been detained as part of an investigation conducted in Mardin in 2014, house raids took place in many districts of the city in the morning. A total of 14 people have been detained after the house raids. The names of those detained are as flowwings: TJA spokeperson Ayşe Gökkan, Municipality Co-Mayor Ahmet İnci, a trustee appointed in his place in Dargeçit district, Lokman Fındık, Hatice Kalkan in Artuklu district, Ramazan Kalkan and Fettah Tekin, Sakine Yıldız in Kızıltepe and Mesut Çelik in Derik district of Mardin.
 
According to received reports, the detainees have been taken to the Mardin Provincial Security Directorate, and the number of detained people can increase.
