URFA - Urfa Governorate banned the HDP Youth Council’s distributing leaflets against drugs.

 

As part of the ‘’Let’s break addiction and build a new life’’ campaign of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Youth Council, the distribution of leaflets was prevented in Urfa. HDP Urfa Provincial Organization applied to the Governorate on October 18, 2021, and wanted to distribute leaflets in the city center and districts. The application was made for the second time after the Governorate did not respond. In the response given by the Governorate to the second application, it was stated that the distribution of leaflets was banned.

 

The decision, which was notified to the Provincial Security Directorate and Provincial Gendarmerie Command on December 4, was also notified to HDP on December 6.
