Banga navneteweyî ya ji bo bidawîbûna tecrîdê 2019-01-11 14:33:09   NAVENDA NÛÇEYAN - Nivîskar, siyasetmedar û rojnamevanên navdar jî di nav de zêdeyî 100 kesî ji bo bidawîbûna tecrîdkirina Abdullah Ocalan û girtiyên siyasî bang kirin. Di bangawaziyê de hate bibîrxistin, Guven 65 roj in di greva birçîbûnê de ye.   Prof. Immanuel Wallerstein, Prof. David Graeber Prof. Norman Paech, Denis O'Hearn, Prof Kariane Westrheim, Isabel Kaeser jî di nav de zêdeyî sed kesî ji bo bidawîbûna tecrîdkirina Rêberê PKK'ê Abdullah Ocalan û girtiyên siyasî bang kirin.   Di bangawaziyê de hate gotin, "Dewleta Tirk, di asteke bilind de normên Pîvanên Mandela bin pê dike ku ev norm li qada navneteweyî û mafên mirovan hatine pejirandin. Em bang li dewleta Tirk dikin ku tecrîdkirina lîderê Kurd Abdullah Ocalan û girtiyên siyasî rake.   Li gorî Pîvanên Nêzîkatiya li Girtiyan a Neteweyên Yekbûyî (Pîvanên Mandela) ku Gulana 2015'an li Neteweyên Yekbûyî hate qebûlkirin, her şêweyekî tecrîdê qedexe ye. Li gorî van pîvanan, eger mirovek 15 rojan li ser hev rojane 22 saetan, ya jî zêdetir ji danûstandina bi mirovan re bêpar were hiştin, ev yek tê wateya tecrîda li hucreyê.   Tecrîdkirina Abdullah Ocalan, ji sala 1999'an dema revandina wî û vir ve, 20 sal in li giava Îmraliyê didome. Sê sal in ku ti awayî ji Abdullah Ocalan nayê girtin.   Di vê navberê de, hewldana aştiyê ya Kurd-Tirkan ji ber ku sala 2015'an dest jê hate berdan, Tirkiyeyê şerê leşkerî û zexta xwe ya siyasî ya li dijî Kurdan girantir kir. Li Tirkiyeyê bi zexta li partiyên siyasî û girtina lîderên siyasî yên Kurd re derbasî nava rêveberiyeke otorîter bûne.   Leyla Guven tevî ku ji Partiya Demokratîk a Gelan (HDP) hatiye hilbijartin û parlamentereke jin e, li girtîgehê tê girtin. Guven 65 roj in li dijî tecrîdkirina Ocalan di greva birçîbûnê de ye. Çend roj berê zêdeyî 150 mehkûm ji bo destekê bidin, ketin greva birçîbûnê. 14 siyasetmedarên Kurd li bajarê Strasboûrgê yê Fransayê di greva birçîbûnê de ne.   Hejmara mirovên li girtîgehên Tirkiyeyê ne, gihîşt 260.000'î. Saziyên mafên mirovan radigihînin ku binpêkirina mafên mirovan ên li dijî girtiyan zêde bûne. Tecrîda li nava hucreyê, yek ji binpêkirinên herî giran ên mafan e.   Grevên birçîbûnê ku niha zêdeyî 150 kes li Tirkiyeyê ketine, xisareke cidî dide tenduristiya çalakgeran. Em, kesayetên li jêrê mohra xwe hene; ji bo dawî li vê bêedaletiyê bê anîn em bang dikin. Em parçeyek ji tevgera piştevaniyê ya girseyî ne.   Em dibêjin; ji bo rûmeta mirovahiyê û mafên mirovan, tecrîdkirina Abdullah Ocalan û girtiyên siyasî hemûyan ên li Tirkiyeyê bi dawî bikin ku grevên birçîbûnê jî karibin biqedin. Em bang li civaka navneteweyî dikin ku israr bikin ji bo Tirkiye li gorî Pîvanên Mandela tevbigere."   Kesayeten mohra xwe danîne binê bangawaziyê: Prof. Immanuel Wallerstein – USA; Prof. David Graeber – UK; Raúl Zibechi – Uruguay; Prof. Norman Paech – Germany; Prof. Andrej Grubacic, Chair Anthropology and Social Change Department CIIS, San Francisco; Denis O'Hearn, Dean of Liberal Arts, Professor of Sociology – University of Texas; Prof. Ana Cecilia Dinerstein, Department of Social and Policy Sciences University of Bath; Orsola Casagrande, Journalist; Alessandro Spinazzi, Italy; Salvadore Palidda, Genova University – Italy; Seamas Carraher, Poet and Writer – Ireland; JM Arrugaeta Historian and Journalist – Basque Country; Debra Werblud, Visual Artist, US; Victoria Sandino Senator FARC – Colombia; Alexandra Nariño FARC Party Executive – Colombia; Boris Guevara Film Director – Colombia; Angelo Baracca, University of Florence – Italy; Jesús Maria Aldaiturriaga Egia LAB – Basque Country; Emanuele Leonardi, Researcher – Italy; Giovanni Giacopuzzi, Writer – Italy, Lord Nicolas Rea – UK; Lord Dholakia – UK; Hywel Williams MP – UK; Tommy Sheppard SNP MP; Chris Stephens SNP MP; Jill Evans MEP; Julie Ward MEP; Dr Thomas Jeffrey Miley, Lecturer of Political Sociology in the Department of Sociology – Cambridge University; Dr Derek Wall, Goldsmith University of London; Christine Blower, NUE International Secretary; Amber Huff, Researcher Sussex University; Margaret Owen OBE, human rights lawyer; James Kelman, writer; Dr Radha D’Souza, Westminster University; Les Levidow, CAMPACC; Nick Hildyard, policy analyst; Gareth Peirce, solicitor; John Hunt, journalist and writer; Janet Biehl, writer, translator; Rahila Gupta, writer, journalist; Simon Dubbins, International Director UNITE; Clare Baker, International Officer UNITE; Meredith Tax, writer; Prof Kariane Westrheim, University of Bergen; Sarah Parker, translator; Stephen Smellie, Deputy Covenor UNISON Scotland; Doug Nicholls, General Secretary, General Federation of Trade Unions (GFTU); John Smith, President of GFTU; Steve Sweeney, International Editor, Morning Star; Alastair Lyons, Solicitor; Dr Patrick Huff, Birkbeck College, University of London; Bert Schouwenbourg, trade union advisor; Trevor Rayne, Editorial Board of Fight Racism!
