NEWS CENTRE - Abdullah Öcalan's historic message will be broadcast on led screens in many parts of Kurdistan, Turkey, Sîlemanî and Northern and Eastern Syria.

 

The Imrali Delegation of the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party), consisting of Süreyya Önder, Pervin Buldan, Ahmet Türk, DEM Party Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan, DEM Party MP Cengiz Çiçek and Asrin Law Office lawyer Faik Özgür Erol, set off to İmralı Island in the morning for their third meeting with Abdullah Öcalan.

 

The delegation will make a statement in Istanbul at 17.00 after the meeting and will convey Abdullah Öcalan's message.

 

Thousands of people from neighbouring cities will come to the statement to be given on giant led screens in Şêx Seîd (Dağ Kapı) Square in Amed. In Wan, led screens will be set up in the City Square. Thousands of people from Serhat cities are expected to attend the statement in Wan.

 

Abdullah Öcalan's historic call will be broadcast live on the giant screens to be set up in Azadî Park in Sîlemanî at 17.00.

 

While calls will be made to community centres in Europe, it will also be followed live in Northern and Eastern Syria. Clock: 17.00, giant screens were set up in 7 centres.

 

Giant screens will be set up in Qamişlo, Hesekê, Dêrik, Reqa, Tebqa, Kobanê and Heleb for the statement to which the public showed great interest. According to the information given by the Organising Committee, the giant screens will be ready as of 16.00: 16.00 the giant screens will be ready.
