A large number of aid trucks that are intended to be sent to Narlı by the volunteers are seized by the government and they are prevented from being given to the public.
Tent shortage
While the aid confiscated was directed to AFAD, tens of thousands of people affected by the earthquake stated that they did not receive aid from AFAD as they did in search and rescue. While the citizens of Narlı, who could not enter their homes due to severe damage, survived as a result of the solidarity of the volunteers, tents have not yet been reached for tens of people.

Fatma said, “The electricity went out, the doors did not open, I fell. "We thought we were going to die until we got out of my husband's hand."
Stays in coal
Fatma pointed out that she has four children and that their children live in Bazarcix and their houses were destroyed, saying, “We have nothing left, everything is gone. I do not know where the state is, they did not even lend us a helping hand. People we don't know come from outside and look at us. They are more than just marriage. Everyone is miserable here, there is no one except people. Tent did not come to us, no one came. We stay in the coal yard, it's so cold we can't stand it. Sometimes we make a fire outside, but we can't stand it, we can't stop when we open it in the coal burner.”
