While the resistance, which started under the leadership of women with the philosophy of "Jin jiyan azadi" in Rojhilat and throughout Iran after the murder of the Kurdish woman Jîna Eminî by the Iranian regime, continues in many cities, women are still targeted.

 

 Her family was not informed of her detention

 

According to the news of NuJINHA, the woman named Niloufer Abazarian, who was taken into custody, was arrested, while her family or relatives were not informed. It is claimed that the footage of MOBESE, which saw the street despite the witnessing of the neighbors about the capture of Niloufer, was deleted by the guards affiliated with the regime.

 

Parisa Nikkho sentenced to prison

 

It was learned that Dehdast and Parisa Nikkho, who was stated to be residing in Tehran, were given a 2-year travel ban by the Iranian court with a 5-year prison sentence. It is stated that the Court of Appeals also upheld the sentence of 5 years in prison and two years of travel ban. Parisa is being held in the quarantine ward of Karçak Prison, where she is being tried as a prisoner. In addition to the detention proceedings, Parisa was deprived of her right to a lawyer throughout her trial.

 

Lawsuit filed against Farahnaz Nazeri

 

Another woman supporting the resistance is artist Farahnaz Nazeri from Ghaemshahr. The artist was prosecuted for many heavy and different items such as "to disrupt the security of the country and to incite the people to revolt, to start fights, to incite murder, to incite the people to prostitution and corruption, to make propaganda against refugees and against the regime".

 

Farahnaz not allowed to hire a lawyer

 

Painter Farahnaz was detained during the raid on his house during the resistance and was subjected to torture and interrogation for 15 days. It was also reported that after she was detained and arrested, her house was raided twice by the police, and all her personal technical belongings were confiscated. Noting that Farahnaz was allowed to hire a lawyer, her family said that despite all bail attempts, their demands were not accepted.

 

507 people, 69 of whom were children, were killed

 

According to the human rights report of the Hirana News Agency, 507 people, 69 of whom were children, who took part in the resistance in Iran and Rojhilat were killed. The report states, “Since the rebellion that started in Iran and Rojhilat on October 16, 18,666 people, including 667 students and 110 children, have been arrested.
