URFA - Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar, who have been on the ‘’Justice Vigil’’ for 235 days, said, ‘’A mother, whose children were killed, has been at the courthouse door for eight months’’.

 

The Justice Vigil, which was started on March 9 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her spouse and two sons as a result of the attack of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız’s guard and relatives, and Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attacks with injuries, continues on the 235th day in front of the Urfa Courthouse. Emine and Ferit, who did not come in front of the closed courthouse due to the October 29 Republic Day, continue the vigil at their home in Suruç district.

 

The family shared the following on their virtual media account, ‘’Today is Republic Day. Republic means democracy. Republic means rule of law. Republic means equal citizens. A mother, whose children and spouse were killed, has been at the courthouse door for eight months, wants only the principles of the republic to be implemented’’.
