ISTANBUL - Former rector of ITU Prof. Gülsün Sağlamer was tried to be prevented from entering the university campus on the grounds that ‘’There is an instruction from the rectorate’’.

 

Former Rector of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Prof. Gülsün Sağlamer was tried to be prevented from entering the university campus by the current rector, İsmail Koyuncu. University security wanted to prevent Gülsün, who wanted to enter the campus, by saying: ‘’There is an instruction from the rectorate’’.

 

Gülsün who opposed the prevention and said: ‘’I will enter, do not interfere. I enter’’. Gülsün then entered the campus.
