DİYARBAKIR - The perpetrator Ş.Ş., who raped his 16-year-old child in Diyarbakır, was arrested.

 

It was revealed that the 16-year-old child, who was taken to the hospital by her mother on August 20, was pregnant after she fell ill in the Yenişehir district of Diyarbakır. After the child informed the doctor that she had been raped by her father, the situation was reported to the police.

 

The child, whose statement was taken after the incident, stated that she was raped by her father. Thereupon, the perpetrator Ş.Ş., who was determined to be in the Ergani district, was detained by the police. Ş.Ş., who was referred to the courthouse after procedures at the police station, was arrested by the court he was brought to.

 

It was learned that the child, whose statement was taken in the presence of a psychologist, was systematically raped by her father for two years.
