NEWS CENTER - While forest fires in Dersim’s Hozat and Diyarbakır’s Dicle districts were extinguished, hundreds of trees turned to ash after the fire.

 

The forest fire that broke out as a result of a military operation on July 30 in the rural areas of Dereköy and Gedikli villages in Dersim’s Hozat district was extinguished. It has been learned that the Forestry Department, the Provincial Special Administration and the firefighters are working on cooling in the region. Residents of the region reported that a large area was turned into ashes due to the fire.

 

It was learned that the forest fire that broke out yesterday in the Yeşiltep Neighborhood rural area of Diyarbakır’s Dicle district was also extinguished. It was seen that many trees turned to ash in the fire, which was extinguished by fire crews.
