BATMAN - 107-year-old Kumri Ağdemir went to polls and voted in Batman after the voting process began in Turkey.

 

Voting process in Turkey began today at 8 a.m. The people of Batman province began to go to polls in early morning hour.  HDP Vice co-chair Ayşe Acar Başaran voted in Selçuklu Secondary School located in Batman’s Bağlar Neighborhood.

 

One of the people going to polls in Batman provice is 107-year-old Kumri Ağdemir. Kumri, who has difficulty in speaking, went to the school with the help of her son. She said, “I came here to overcome the threshold, I will vote.”
