European Women’s delegation visit Kongreya Star

QAMISHLO - European women’s delegation is in Rojava in order to support the campaign launched by the Kongreya Star for the people of Afrin. The delegation members visited the office of the Kongreya Star in Qamishlo.
 
European women’s delegation came to Rojava in order to support the campaign launched by the Kongreya Star for the people of Afrin. The delegation members visited the office of the Kongreya Star in Qamishlo. The delegation members consists of journalist Meryem Eşref, the Scottish Association member Sara Jîn, the film director Kirkox Kant, the European Parliament and the commission on Women's Rights member Julia Ward, lawyers Wendy Leon and En Blaine and Victorya Bridges, aunt of Serdemê Hêlîn Qereçox (Anna Campbell) were welcomed by Kongreya Star Spokesperson for Cizre region Evîn Swêd, the Diplomatic Relations Committee member Fîdan Seydo and other Kongreya Star members.
 
Speaking on behalf of delegation members, Julia Ward stated that they will carry out works to spread the campaign in Europe. The Kongreya Star members gave information about the situation of women of Afrin and the effects of the attacks of Turkish army and Free Syrian Army (FSA).
 
The delegation will reportedly visit the Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) and the Democratic Union Party (PYD) tomorrow.
