NEWS CENTER- The first hearing of jailed journalist Seher Taşkın will be held tomorrow.

 

Mezopotamya Agency (MA) reporter Seher Taşkın was detained on December 20, 2017 in Muş province and she was released under judicial control after four days in custody. She was detained again on January 20 upon the objection of the prosecutor and she was sent to prison on charge of “being a member of a (terrorist) organization” by the court. The first hearing of Seher will be held tomorrow by Muş 2nd High Criminal Court. In the indictment prepared by the prosecutor, Seher’s phone calls with her news sources, her written news and social media posts are the subjects of the accusation.
