ERZURUM - 39 of the 40 HDP and DBP members, who were taken into custody in Erzurum and its districts just before the HDP’s 3rd Ordinary Congress held on February 11, have been released. Meral Alagöz İmre will be sent to the courthouse tomorrow.

 

On February 9, 40 members of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) and Democratic Ragions Party (DBP) were taken into custody in Erzurum city center and Hınıs, Tekman, Karaçoban, Karayazı and Köprüköy districts. 39 of 40 people have been released after the testimony procedures were completed at the police station. Detained Meral Alagöz İmre will be reportedly sent to courthouse tomorrow.
