ELAZIĞ - A Kurdish student at Elazığ Fırat University, S.B. was attacked by a racist group. S.B. has been taken to intensive care unit and the university administration hasn’t made any statement on the attack.

 

The attacks against the opposition and the Kurdish people in Turkey continue. Last night, a Kurdish student from Şırnak province was attacked by a racist group at Fırat University in Elazığ province. Eyewitnesses of the racist attack on S.B. studying at the Department of Mechanical Engineering said four attackers first had beaten him and then rolled him down stairs. The eyewitnesses said no one had interfered in the attack and added, “They knocked the stuffing out of him. They came to kill him.”
