KOCAELİ – Female political prisoners in Kandıra No.1 Prison have launched a hunger strike.

People continue to react to no received news from the PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan since September, 2016 and to the claims on his health in recent days. Female political prisoners in Kandıra No.1 Prison have announced that they have launched a hunger strike concerning the situation of the PKK Leader Abdulah Öcalan. The women prisoners have stated that they have launched a three-day hunger strike and they are on the second day of the hunger strike.
