ISTANBUL-Man named Hasan Belli killed Öznur Belli in Bağcılar district of Istanbul.

Last night, a man named Hasan Belli (22) went to the workplace of her sister in Bağcılar district of Istanbul and killed her. While the dead body of Öznur was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute, Hasan run away from the scene.
