Store owner sexually assaults a woman, threaten her with 'AKP'

DIYARBAKIR - A man named M.G. owner of RGS Shirt allegedly sexually assaulted a woman , who went to the store for job interview to become model of the store. The woman told what happened in her letter she said she was subjected to threats of M.G due to her politically identity.   
 
The woman, who accepted the job offer of RGS Shirt owner, who had previously contacted her on social media to become his store model and she came to Diyarbakır on September 21, and she was sexually assaulted by the owner of the store. The woman said she received threat messages after she had written a letter to display the sexual assault.
 
Ö., stated in her letter that M.G had acted in conformity with his corporate identity since she had come to Diyarbakır and he hadn’t had any suspicious acts. The letter goes on as follows: “But wherever we went, he was passing without punishment by using his relationship with the AKP. He didn’t act in aggressive or in warm way, even though we drunk alcohol. Of course, these had also included the plan.” Ö. also said that she met the mother of the M.G and they were very friendly to her.
 
‘I told that I don’t want’
 
Ö., wrote in her letter that  M.G told her “Can we go to the my store?” and took her to a closed store, the letter of Ö. continues as follows: 
 
“He aroused no doubt, we went to the workplace together. It was a workplace with shutters. He shut the shutters and we had coffee together. Later he told me he loved me and he held me closer to himself, and I said I didn’t want to. "
 
‘He inflicted violence and threatened me’
 
Ö. then said that M.G. inflicted violence against her and she tried to use her self-defense rights and she broke the window of the office. "He cried,’I love you, I don’t hurt you on Friday’  he put a knife on my throat and he recorded my voice,” said Ö.
 
'You are a communist woman, I will put you in prison'
 
Stating that she received threats due to her political identity later on her letter, Ö., added “He threatened me due to my political identity. He said ‘I will put you in prison, I have friends in high places, I know a good prosecutor and police friends.’ He went on his threats by shouting ‘You are a communist woman, I will put you in prison.’”
 
‘I went out of the store with a excuse, I sent my location to my friends’
 
Pointing out that she went out with an excuse to get rid of M.G’s sexual assault, Ö., stated in her letter; “He had taken my phone, and he gave me back. I told him I was hungry, we went to the tuckshop near by the store. I contacted with my friends in Diyarbakır, and I sent my location to them. I told him that I would go, he didn’t let me to go. I took a taxi and went to my friends’ house. Then, threat messages of him didn’t stop, his calls continued. Her mother, his assistant, all of them sent me threat mesages. Maybe he did this to many women, I am sure he will continue to do this by using his money and his supported friends”
 
'You are doing these to make the AKP miserable’
 
After the physical and sexual assaults, Ö. wrote that she continued to be subjected to harassment through calls and messages on social media accounts. She also received the messages, "You are a person who wants to make communist provocation, you are doing these to make the AKP miserable" and in another message sent by an account named M.G. The message also said; "All airports and buses are held, you are an extreme leftist, a revolutionary, and you dish on people."
 
M.G.'s mother sent her a message on phone and said, "My son doesn’t know what he does and see when he is drank.”
