Final declaration of workshop announced: Kurdish Women’s Initiative establishing

NEWS CENTER - The final declaration of the European Kurdish Women’s Workshop has been announced. In the declaration, it was decided to establish the Kurdish Women’s Initiative.
 
The final declaration of the European Kurdish Women’s Workshop held in the Netherlands on September 5 has been announced. In the declaration, which drew attention to the importance of unity policy, it was announced that an initiative would be established against attacks. In the declaration, which states that 2.000.000 Kurds live in Europe, said: ‘’The Kurdish question also in Europe continues as an international problem. That is why there should be political unity among Kurdish women in Europe.’’
 
In the declaration, which included many topics, women also focused on isolation policies.
 
Some of the decisions taken at the workshop are listed as follows:
 
‘’*The establishment of the Kurdish Women’s Initiative,
 
* Inviting the KDP to take a stand against Turkey’s attacks and act within the framework of national interests,
* Sending a delegation to Southern Kurdistan for examinations and contacts,
 
*Organizing women as artist, academic, politician and families of martyrs on the basis of national unity, within a professional framework,
 
*Inclusion of women in the political scene and in the decisions to be taken regarding national unity,
 
* Establishment of women’s delegations that will carry out diplomatic work at the national level.’’
