Murdered Kurdish family to bury in Saraçoğlu Cemetery

KONYA - Seven members of the Dedeoğulları family, including four women, who were murdered in Konya, will be buried in Saraçoğlu Cemetery after the afternoon prayer.
 
Seven people were killed in the racist attack against the Dedeoğulları family, a Kurdish family from Kars, in the Hasanköy Neighborhood of Konya's Meram district yesterday. The funerals of murdered mother İpek, father Yaşar and siblings Serpil, Serap, Sibel, İpek, Barış and Metin Dedeoğulları were taken to Konya City Hospital for autopsy last night. While it was learned that autopsies were carried towards morning, the funerals of seven family members will be buried in the Saraçoğlu Cemetery in Karatay district, after the afternoon prayer.
 
Journalists removed from hospital
 
On the other hand, journalists who went to Konya City Hospital for news follow-up were removed from the morgue of the hospital, saying ‘there are orders, journalists will not be accepted.’
The relatives of the family, who have been in front of the hospital since last night, are still waiting.
 
Call to the peoples against the racist massacre
 
Announcing that the family will be buried, lawyer Abdurrahman Karabulut shared the following information on his digital media account: ‘’My clients, Dedeoğlu family, who were murdered in Konya, will be buried in Saracoğlu Cemetery after the afternoon prayer. We are waiting for all our peoples who are against this racist massacre.’’
