URFA - Emine and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who are on the 121st day of the "justice" vigil, visited by executives of the Future Party for solidarity and support.

The "justice" vigil, which was started on March 9 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attacks, and Ferit Şenyaşar, who was injured in the attack, in front of the Urfa Courthouse, continues. The mother and her son, who came in front of the concrete blocks placed in front of the courthouse in the early hours of the morning, left the following placards on the ground: “Justice for all”, “A mother has been on vigil for 121 days,” “Her two children and her husband were killed in the hospital”, “There is a MP in the massacre, so no lawsuit has been filed for three years.’’

In the section called “Şenyaşar family justice corner” by the visitors of the courthouse, support and solidarity visits continue to the family who are on vigil. Gani Torun and Serkan Özcan, Vice Chairpersons of the Future Party, and party members visited Emine and Ferit, who continued their vigil in front of the courthouse.

‘State of the oppressors’

Describing the injustices they have experienced in the last three years with tears, Emine said: ‘’Every time we want to enter the courthouse, we are taken into custody. The 8th prosecutor to handle our case was announced yesterday. There was a massacre in the hospital, but they deleted the images and painted the wall of the hospital. Help us. My son was sentenced to 37 years in prison. He has been kept in solitary cell for three years. They wanted my son to be sentenced to 150 years. I want my son released. They took my Adil and Celal from me, let them give my Fadıl. How is this state? The state of the oppressors.’’

‘Why hasn't the case been opened for three years?’

Ferit, who survived the attack with injuries and was on vigil with her mother, said: ‘’We are standing in solidarity. Today is day 121. My mother cries here day and night. There is only one thing she wants; Her two sons and her husband were murdered inside the Suruç State Hospital. This massacre was done in front of security cameras. She has been crying here for 121 days and has been detained here six times without justification. She was detained just because she wanted justice. There is still a confidentiality decision on the case, why hasn't the case been opened for three years? Although there are reports of the hospital staff and images, they do not open the case because there is a MP of a ruling party.’’

‘We support your honorable resistance’

Gani Torun, Vice Chairperson of the Future Party, said: ‘’There is a saying that justice is the foundation of property. If there is no justice, there is no property, no state. If a society only punishes the poor when they commit crimes and protects the powerful when they commit crimes, that society cannot survive. The law is underfoot, the law of the superiors. There is no law or justice for the weak. This government is temporary, and when it goes, these unlawfulnesses will be held accountable one by one. Everyone who perpetrated this cruelty will be held accountable. We are determined to get solidarity with you. We also support your honorable resistance.’’

‘The cruelty they have done will surely end’

Future Party Vice Chairperson and Party Spokesperson Serkan Özcan said: “I am extremely sad for what I heard. A state can withstand everything, but it cannot withstand lawlessness, injustice, a mother's tears. Their cruelty, the oppression of those who protect their own and not others, will surely come to an end. Not only will justice be provided for your lost husband and children, but those who obstruct this justice and think that they are the owners of the city will give an account one by one when that day comes. None of these will bring back your losses, but with the justice that will come through this event, it will understand that no one can make a mother cry like that in front of the courthouse. Nothing happens where there is no justice and law. Build as many roads and bridges as you want. If you make a mother cry for 121 days in front of the courthouse, both your sultanate and your reign will soon collapse. The day it is destroyed, the justice you demand will come to this country.’’
