Health workers protest against KDP, which not pay their salaries

SULAYMANİYAH - Hîwa Cancer Hospital employees in Sulaymaniyah started a strike to protest the KDP, which has not paid their salaries for six months.
 
Federated Kurdistan Regional Government KDP has not paid the salaries of workers working in public institutions and organizations for months. Health workers working at Hîwa Cancer Hospital in Sulaymaniyah started a strike on June 14 to protest the non-payment of salaries and the economic policies of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). 
 
Health workers, who started a strike after six months of non-payment of salaries, continue their protests for three days. Doctors participating in the strike said that about 85 patients were unable to receive their injections because of non-payment of salaries and non-payment of medical providers.
