ADANA - HDP Co-Chair Pervin Buldan and the accompanying delegation visited the family of former HDP Co-Chair Figen Yüksekdağ.

 

Within the scope of the "No to Women's Poverty" meetings of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Women's Council, Adana contacts continue on the second day. In the delegation, HDP Co-Chair Pervin Buldan, Vice Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları, Women’s Council Spokesperson Ayşe Acar Başaran, Mersin MP Fatma Kurtulan, Ecology Commission Co-spokesperson Menekşe Kızıldere, Socialist Re-establishment Party (SYKP) Co-Chair Canan Yüce and the women executives of the party took part. The delegation, which started the day with a visit to the workers in a textile factory in Seyhan, continued its contacts in Ceyhan.

 

Afterwards, the delegation visited the family of former HDP Co-Chair Figen Yüksekdağ, who is imprisoned in Kandıra F Type Closed Prison.

After the conversations during the visit, the delegation will visit the women working in the fields.
