SES members referred to judgeship for arrest

ANKARA - SES members and executives who were brought to the courthouse were referred to the judgeship with a request for arrest on the allegation of "membership of a terrorist organization" without taking statements from the prosecutor’s office.

Eight SES members and executives, including Health and Social Service Workers’ Union (SES) Co-Chair Selma Atabey, were referred to the Magistrates Court on Duty with a request for arrest on the charge of being a "member of a terrorist organization", without taking statements from the prosecutor’s office in the Ankara courthouse.
