Emine Şenyaşar’s ‘justice’ watch on its 81st day

URFA - Continuing their watch in front of the Urfa Courthouse, the action of Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar continues on its 81st day.
 
Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attacks, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who was injured from the attack, started the vigil in front of the Urfa Courthouse with the demand of "justice" continues on its 81st day. Emine and Ferit came to the courthouse in the morning and started to continue their actions. The family, who are not allowed to wait in the courthouse garden, continues their actions in front of the courthouse barriers.
 
Ferit Şenyaşar, who could not attend the vigil yesterday because he visited his brother Fadıl Şenyaşar, who was kept in a single room for three years in Elazığ Prison, came to the courthouse once again today. Speaking about the meeting he had with his brother, Ferit said that his brother has been held in prison unlawfully for three years, yet he resisted alone in prison.
 
‘We will not give up our struggle’
 
Speaking about their actions, Ferit said that they have been fighting for justice in Urfa for days and that there is no rule of law and justice. Saying that they will continue to seek justice, Ferit said: "We do not accept to stay at home. We live under persecution. We continue this struggle with solidarity. Three of our people were killed. We have a promise to them. We will not give up our struggle for justice before those who committed the massacre appear before the judiciary and give account."
