20 detentions in Adana-based investigation

ADANA - 20 people, including HDP and DBP executives, were detained in house raids in three provinces.
 
Within the scope of an investigation carried out by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, police raided several houses in Adana, Şırnak and Dersim simultaneously. 20 people, including the executives of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) and the Democratic Regions Party (DBP), were detained. It was learned that those who were detained on the allegation of "being member of the terrorist organization" were held in Adana Provincial Security Directorate.
 
The names of some of the detainees are as follows: HDP Adana Provincial Organization executive Mehmet Yaşık, Çukurova Association for Cooperation with the Families of Prisoners (TUAY-DER) executive Mehmet Tutuş, Cigerhum Güven, Şinda Erol, Beritan Özbey.
