The second hearing of the Kobanê trial, in which 108 people, 28 of whom were arrested, will be held at the Sincan Prison Campus. HDP MPs, executives, women’s organizations, bar chairs, diplomatic representatives of European Union (EU) member countries and many lawyers are expected to attend the hearing.

While the hearing was expected to be held at 09.30 am, it was said that there was a "bomb search" in the hall, and entries to the courtroom were delayed. The fact that lawyers were also kept at the door due to the search made in the courtroom caused tension. After the search, journalists who wanted to enter the courtroom were asked for a "turquoise press card". Despite the journalists showing their cards, the police stated that the journalists would be taken as "visitors".
