Examining in cemetery where blood tubes found

DİYARBAKIR - After the news that there were the filled blood tubes in the "orphans" section in the Yeniköy Cemetery in Bağlar district, the lawyers from ÖHD, who went to the scene, informed the relevant people to initiate the necessary legal proceedings.
 
Lawyers of the Association of Lawyers for Freedom (ÖHD), who came to the scene and made an examining after the news that there were filled blood tubes in the "orphans" section in the Yeniköy Cemetery in Diyarbakır's Bağlar district, was published in our agency. After the examination, it was stated that an investigation will be initiated on the subject while the police officers who came to the authorities were informed, collecting the tubes.
 
The incident was learned when the citizens who went to Yeniköy Cemetery to visit the cemetery in the morning said that they had seen blood tubes buried in the ground as a result of visiting the cemeteries in the "orphans" section. Ali Demir, Rıdvan Aksu, Arafat Ünal, Gurbet Ergün, Medine Osman, Sozan, Yusuf İpeksat, Mehmet Zahit Ö., Seyithan Aydın, Kadir Demiryürek, Serdar Cengiz, Bilmez Koç, Çekdar A., and the surnames Ayran and Eroğlu were written on the blood tubes.
 
In addition, while Batman, Diyarbakır, Silvan, Midyat and Mardin CBS are written on the tubes, dozens of tubes are also deformed.
 
‘There are nearly 100 tubes in the field’
 
Then, lawyers from ÖHD came to the cemetery and made an examination regarding the situation. Making a statement on behalf of ÖHD, Gulan Çağın Kaleli stated that there are nearly 100 blood tubes in the field, “Some tubes are under the ground, some are broken, some have liquid inside, some have yellow liquid and some have gore. Names, examples, Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK) numbers belong to 2015-2016. We made the first examinations, and as a result, we informed the relevant authorities to initiate the necessary legal proceedings.”
 
After the briefing, the police came to the cemetery to collect the samples and said that they will start an investigation.
