Hunger strike action enters its 165th day

NEWS CENTER - The hunger strike launched against the İmralı isolation and the increasing violations of rights in prisons is on its 165th day.
 
The indefinite-alternating hunger strike launched by Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK) prisoners on November 27, 2020, demanding the lifting of the aggravated isolation imposed on PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan, who was held in İmralı F Type High-Security Closed Prison, and the increasing violations of rights in prisons, has entered its 165th day. The action continues with the 33rd group.
