
Mother of Derya Koç killed in Cizre dies

	MUĞLA - Firuze Koç, mother of HDP Milas district Co-chair Derya Koç who was killed in Cizre district of Şırnak province, died in hospital.

	&nbsp;

	Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Milas district Co-chair Derya Koç and many citizens burned to death while sheltering in basements during the curfew imposed in the Cizre district of Şırnak province in 2015. Derya Koç’s mother Firuze Koç, who received the treatment of gastric cancer in a hospital in Muğla province, died in the morning. Firuze will be reportedly buried in Milas City Cemetery after the autopsy procedure is completed in the hospital.
