Number of detained people in Beşiktaş rises to 40

	ISTANBUL - Police attacked the people marching to Taksim Square from Beşiktaş for third time. 10 more people have been taken into custody. Number of detained people rises to 40.

	 

	Police attacked the People's Liberation Party (HKP) members marching to Taksim Square for International Workers’ Day for the third time. After the second police attack, the people gathered at Beşiktaş Square once again. Police attacked them and detained 10 people.

	 

	40 people have been detained since morning.
