Police attack people marching to Taksim: 20 detained

	ISTANBUL - Police attacked the People's Liberation Party (HKP) members marching to Taksim and detained 20 people.

	 

	People's Liberation Party (HKP) members and many workers gathered in Beşiktaş to march to Taksim Square for International Workers’ Day. Police stopped them at Beşiktaş Square while they began to march to Taksim Square. Police attacked them and detained 20 of them.
