	MERSİN - Prisoners held in Tarsus Prison sent a message through their families and they said they were battered for refusing the headcount in military form and they didn’t have safety of life.

	 

	Prisoners held in Tarsus T-type Closed Prison told their families the rights violation they face in the prison during the weekly telephone call. Fırat News Agency (ANF) says the prisoners called their families and said, “They don’t give us newspapers. There is a constant attack and provocation atmosphere in the prison. Last week, the wardens raided our wards and attacked us for refusing the headcount in military form. Many of our friends were injured. They battered us and out us in cells. We have no safety of life. We call on public opinion to show awareness. Our families should file a criminal complaint.”
