Canan Kaftancıoğlu becomes CHP’s Istanbul Provincial Chair

	ISTANBUL - Canan Kaftancıoğlu has been elected as Istanbul Provincial Chairperson of the Republican People's Party (CHP).

	 

	36th Ordinary Congress of the Republican People's Party (CHP) Istanbul Organization was held at Bostancı Exhibition Centre. According to official results, Canan Kaftancıoğlu has got 325 votes and become Istanbul Provincial Chairperson of the party. “Hello, to those who say a fair and human order. I greet you all with my most revolutionary feelings. I am a candidate to save Istanbul from the reign of the thieves. I'm a candidate to be the candidate of Turkey's largest organization as a result of decades of women’s struggle,” said Canan.
