DBP Ağrı Provincial Co-Chairperson Naile Barış arrested

	AĞRI - Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Ağrı Provincial Co-Chairperson Naile Barış’s four years and two months sentence in prison was charged and she was arrested for attending the press statement in Tendürek district of Ağrı in 2015 on charges of “knowingly and willingly helping to (terrorist) organization”.

	 

	The sentence of Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Ağrı Provincial Co-Chairperson Naile Barış, who was sued for attending the press statement, which is about declaration of Tendürek region as “Temporary Military Security Zone” by the Ağrı Governorate and forcing the villagers to migrate, on August 6, 2015, was approved by court of appeal. Naile’s four years and two months sentence was approved on charges of “knowingly and willingly helping to (terrorist) organization” and she was taken from her house to Patnos Prison.
