2 women protesting for lawyers detained

	ISTANBUL- Sultan Kaya and Yıldız Bozkaya, aunts of jailed Barkın Timtik and Ebru Timtik lawyers belonging to the Progressive Lawyers' Association (ÇHD), have been taken into custody. 

	 

	Lawyers Barkın Timtik and Ebru Timtik were detained during the raid on the office of the Progressive Lawyers' Association (ÇHD) and then they were jailed. Their aunts Sultan Kaya and Yıldız Bozkaya have been taken into custody while carrying a protest outside of a shopping center in Şişli, Istanbul. 

	 

	People's Law Office (Halkın Hukuk Bürosu) has made a statement on the detention of two women and stated that Sultan and Yıldız will be held in police station until tomorrow.
