Lawyer Yaprak Türkmen goes on a hunger strike

	ISTANBUL –Lawyer Yaprak Türkmen, who was detained during the police raid on the People's Law Office, has gone on a hunger strike.

	 

	Lawyer Yaprak Türkmen, who was taken into custody during the police raid on the People’s Law Office along with two of her clients, has gone on a hunger strike. Yaprak has been held in Istanbul Police Headquarters on Vatan Avenue. The lawyers belonging to the Platform of Lawyers for Freedom (ÖHP) have been following Yaprak’s health.
