	MARDİN – DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven has been sentenced to three months in prison for taking photographs of HDP Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş defending himself during the hearing through SEGBİS and sharing these photographs on social media.

	Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chair Leyla Güven has been sentenced to three months in prison for taking photographs of Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş defending himself attended the hearing through Audio and Visual Information System (SEGBİS) on November 25, 2016 and for sharing these photographs on social media.

	&nbsp;

	Leyla’s lawyer Reyhan Yalçındağ has requested of appeal to Antep Regional Courts on the grounds that the decision of the local court is against the law and the process of law. If the decision of the local court is approved by the regional court, Leyla will be jailed.&nbsp;
