	ISTANBUL-Indictment has been prepared against 11 human rights defenders, who were detained while attending a workshop on the island of Büyükada in Istanbul. 15-year jail sentence has been demanded for each human rights defender by prosecutors.

	Indictment has been prepared against 11 human rights defenders, eight of them are in prison. The human rights defenders were detained while attending a workshop on the island of Büyükada in Istanbul. 15-year jail sentence has been demanded for each human rights defender on charges of "aiding a (terrorist) organization" and "being member of a (terrorist) organization.”
