Journalists in Diyarbakır come together at seminar held by TGS

	DİYARBAKIR – Journalists in Kurdistan have come together at the seminar held by the Journalists Union of Turkey (TGS). Journalists shared their experiences and challenges they face.

	 

	Journalists Union of Turkey (TGS) has held a seminar for journalists at Dies Otel in Diyarbakır. Journalists of JINNEWS, Mesopotamia Agency, Evrensel, Artı TV, Özgürüz.org, İHA and Cumhuriyet daily and freelance journalists attended the seminar. TGS President Gökhan Durmus made the opening speech of the seminar.

	 

	Journalists in Kurdistan conveyed their experiences in the region and they talked about the difficulties they face. The seminar will continue for two days.

	 

	Psychologist Dr. Serap Alptekin will make a presentation titled, “How can journalists protect themselves from traumatic events?”, “How to manage stress and prevent burnout” and “What is self-care?” and Mehmet Şafak Sarı will make a presentation titled, “How do journalists provide their digital security?” during the seminar.
