	Despite the agreement reached on January 30 between QSD and HTS delegations, Kobanê has been under siege for 22 days. Due to the siege, the humanitarian situation in Kobanê is worsening. There are serious shortages of medicine, baby formula, food, and basic necessities, while the shelter and living conditions of approximately 600,000 people, including refugees, are becoming more difficult with each passing day.

	Yesterday, the Kobanê Electricity Authority repaired cables damaged by attacks and restored service.

	&nbsp;

	Despite the heavy siege, more than 200,000 refugees are being housed at 70 different locations in Kobanê.

	&nbsp;

	The people of Kobanê continue their resistance against the siege, seeing resistance as the only way to protect their gains.
