Emine Şenyaşar summoned to testify for 10th time

	URFA - Emine Şenyaşar, who has been on the ‘’Justice Vigil’’ for 273 days, was called to testify for the 10th time for ‘’insulting a public official’’.

	 

	The ‘’Justice Vigil’’ started on March 9 by Emine Şenyaşar, whose spouse and two sons lost their lives as a result of the attack of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız’s bodyguard and relatives, and Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attacks with injuries, continues on its 273rd day.

	 

	The family, who came to the Urfa Courthouse from their house from Suruç district, started the vigil with the placard writes on ‘’We only want justice’’. The police, who came to near them after the family started the vigil, stated that Emine Şenyaşar’s statement will be taken at the Provincial Security Directorate Security Branch with the allegation of  ‘’insulting a public official’’. Police said she had to go to the police station during the day.

	 

	‘Urfa is ruled by a gang family’

	 

	Ferit stated that Emine was called to testify for the 10th time with the same allegation and said, ‘’Their aim is to discourage from the action. This massacre was carried out in front of hundreds of public servants. Three years and six months have passed since the incident, but no one’s statement was even taken. However, the mother, who wants justice, was called to testify for the 10th time today. Is this justice in Turkey? There is an unlawfulness. A gang family rules Urfa’’.

	 

	‘Anybody who does not react to this injustice is guilty’

	 

	On the family’s virtual media account, they tagged Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül and said, ‘’Anybody who does not react to this injustice at the courthouse door is guilty. Prosecutors, who are afraid to call to testify those who killed her children and spouse, are calling the mother to testify for the 10th time’’.
